NB 4-2

NB 4-2 delaminates at S2 in the intermediate column and produces the well-characterized RP2 motoneuron, which innervates muscles 2,9 and 11; it also produces the Cousins of RP2 motoneurons (CoR), which generate the entirety of SNc, innervating muscles 26,27 and 29. It also generates local interneurons and in a small number of cases, an epidermal subclone.
